Description:	I currently need a programmer who knows how to work with Macromedia's Flash Communication Server, the project goes as followed: Program Ability: I am trying to make a program that allows people to say a riddle with his/her voice and then other people are able to respond to the riddle. I need the Administrator to be able to record more than one riddle if he wished to do so. After his voice gets captured (using Flash Communication Server capabilities) it gets saved to the server. After it is saved, others are then able to go to the web site, and using a microphone they record their answer which also gets saved to the server.
