Description:

I have the whole website designed but, I need a quote on what it would cost to
create a administration section for one area of site.
The site is for a real estate agent. She needs to be able to add listings to her
site. I need a page with login, then a page that has fields for her to fill in
her home information. Then, when she submits, the info, is posted to her "live"
listings page.

When the user clicks on a property for more detail, I would like the layout to
look as close to
http://www.tourofhomes.com/inventory/RealEstate/SingleFamilyHome/36_RealEstate.asp
as possible. I need something like the slideshow. If not a slideshow, multiple
images need to be shown. Preferabally as small thumbnails on the bottom of the
larger image that when clicked on, are enlarged either in place of the default
image or in a pop-up window.
Last, I need a button on each of the listing details that takes the user to a
contact form (like on the sample). I dont need the brochure or email this item
button that the sample has.
I will not accept any offers unless I see a sample. I have been burned before on
here. It can be simple and basic, but I need a sample.
I will also need you to place your code/work into my design template when the
time comes. I don't really care what programming technology you use to do
this....as long as it works and is user friendly.
I think it is a pretty easy project for those of you who know what you are
doing.
I will be picking a programmer within the next two-three weeks.
I don't have a large budget, as I am a college student doing this as a favor.
Please do this the cheapest, quickest, best way possible.
