Paying too much for web hosting?

We are an Australian based company with a reasonably developed dynamic website
that needs pushing a step further.
Described loosely, our system publishes a directory of businesses, offering the
following three product types :
A) basic 'listings' (standard business contact information)
B) mid-range products, that we call catalogue pages (which consist of logo
display, and extended text)
C) higher-end offerings resembling complete independant web sites.
Front-end design has been completed, and we've managed to 'plug-in' the
database. We have inhouse expertise to lead you through the existing structures.
So we're looking for a developer to a compressed period of time developing a
no-frills web based interface for additions, deletions and edits of these
products.
Please have a look at the three types of pages currently generated from our
database. These pages are currently fully dynamic, but lack an authoring
interface.
