Description:	i am looking to create a paid online coupon site. when the consumer goes to the site it will have a yearly fee for them to access all of the printable coupons. 1. when they enter the site they will be able to see a list of companies that have posted coupons, but will not be able to print them until payment is received. 2. payment will be by paypal. so that would need to be integrated. 3. once payment is made, it is for 1 year. 4. companies can sign up for free to list their coupons. the site needs to list city and state, different categories of coupons(restaurant, cleaners, etc) so they can see that before payment, so they know if their city/state has coupons.
