I am currently looking for a clone of HForm.com (http://www.hform.com) * NO website design * At this time, I will be using this site/app to process MY OWN FORMS for several of my websites. Later on, I would like to incorporate a registration (like HForms) that allows people to sign-up, pay and setup their form/account details using a simple admin/control panel area (just like HForms). So basically, right now, I need a version of HForm that will be used for my personal websites but that will later be able to incorporate public sign-ups. I need a secure admin area that will allow me to login and setup new forms. Everytime I setup a new form, I should be able to: 1- Enter the email address where the form results will be set. 2- Enter a "thank-you" page URL, in which the visitor will be sent to after successfully submitting the form. 3- Have the ability to setup up an autoresponder for that form. 4- Have the ability to store the form results in the database. 5- Have the ability to send the results to the email address of my choice with the email address of the visitor as the sender. After I setup/create a new form handling request, the system should give me a URL in which I place in the action part of the HTML form. (Please see HForm.com to get a better understanding of how their system works.) The app should be secure and easy for me to administer and use (just like HForm). I will provide the databases, domain, hosting, SSL etc.. and anything else you need to get this done. I will also provide the winning bidder with access to HForms so that they can get a better idea of how they have setup their system. My budget for this project is not very high but I have a lot more work for you with better budgets. If you are chosen for this project you will be offered two more projects immediately following this one.
