Description:

I am looking for a program that can create basic .exe programs based upon
criteria selected. Sort of a "creating software for dummies" piece of software.

Someone made me aware of a program called MakeYourOwnSoftware, which, I suppose
would be similar to what I'm looking for.
Of course I realize that many more details will be needed, but I'm hoping that I
can get a basic working version of this program for now and be able to use the
same programmer for future updates/revisions of the work - ongoing paying
assignment.
I am looking for a ball-park range, and someone who is able to work with me from
the beginning will be able to do all remaining work and collect all future costs
of this project. Affordable bids will be favored.

AN AMENDMENT - I would prefer to work with someone who has purchased or who has
(or will) played around with a copy of "Make Your Own Software", because this
program is what I'd like the project to mirror.
