This should be a simple application that stors user details in a database, and
have the data emailed in a specific way to an email address.
The good news is that you can ignore pages 1 - 13 as this information is mostly
about things that are not included in this project.

The pages you need to develop are described on the flow charts on pages 16
(Ordering a new trust deed) and the following pages up to page 32.
And the page 33 (updating a trust deed) and the following pages describing the
flowchart workings
