I am looking for a program that will generate a printable document based on specific user inputs. The size and color of the document and configuration of the content will be pre-determined based on a library of existing templates. The documents will be advertisements and will contain several customizable areas: a promotional header, editable product and coupon modules and editable signature area. a. The promotional header will either be a static image containing specific information or a pre-designed generic header containing text fields that the user can customize. b. The product modules (an existing library of about 100 items) are static images. These will also contain text fields that are customizable (for things like prices, sizes, etc…) c. The coupon modules (an existing library of 50) will be very customizable by the user d. The signature area of the ad will be customizable but it will be based on a template. It will contain a logo, company name, address, phone, hours of operation, credit cards and company tagline and website address. All four areas have specific dimensions within each ad template. Product and coupon modules come in two specific sizes and can be configured to fit all ad templates. Proposed Function Upon log-in, the user will select initial parameters for his/her ad. Initial parameters include color (CMYK or B/W) and size (based on a library of templates). Next, a layout area containing an outline of the selected ad template and an area containing the library of content elements (perhaps in a scrolling side menu) will be displayed. The user will be able to DRAG & DROP their selection of various elements from the library area to the template in the layout area to construct the ad. The content will then be customizable by editing text fields within the elements. The resulting ad layout should be downloadable to a high resolution (300dpi) PDF or JPG format. A log of this ad should be maintained in the user's profile. An administration panel should be incorporated to add and delete ad templates and content elements (promotional headers, product modules and coupon modules) as well as create custom header art. Please provide links to sample work that demonstrates some of the functions described above. Also, please provide an estimated cost and the suggested language best suited for this project.
