NEED; Member Sign Up Member Login Links and Pages for : Home – Signup – Stats – FAQ – and Ranks, but the Ranks need to be in the admin panel, not public Note – all users will use a single hosted image. Once the user is signed up, provide a link to that single, coded image NOT NEEDED; Forum Ratings Ability for users to upload own image. NEED an Admin Panel to moderate and update the site. The admin panel should include features like; Ranks Reset Stats Ban / Remove User Automatic updating of stats Updating ability of FAQ Updating ability of HomePage ‘News' Monthly Reporting statistic download (.xls) Full Statistic tracking, what forums, websites, etc are the images being displayed on, a ‘Google Analyitics' type of tracking. Downloading of these stats as well (.xls) Programmer must be able to install the site on my server so it's ready for testing/editing.
