Paying too much for web hosting?


Need a basic Web 2.0 website designed. I already have all of the backend
php/MySQL code working and just need a web template setup so I can plug it into
my existing scripts.
It will generally have the look/feel of sites like:
http://www.digg.com
http://www.truemors.com
Also need a logo and/or banner designed with the site name in it. Does not need
to, and should not be, too fancy.
Pages needed:
index.html: Will have the logo up top and will have two tables each having about
ten rows as the main items on the page. There will be a frame on the left side
listing various categories
category.html: This page will have information for a specific item. It again
will primarly have two main tables. It should have the same category frame as
index.php on the left side of the page.
Smaller pages:
login.html: Very basic login page. Just need front end that looks like rest of
site. Already have all backend code done.
register.html: Same as login. Just need a really simple page that fits with the
rest of the site. Will just have a single form: email, display name, zip code,
and password
That sums most of it up. I have some simple layout drawings in .jpeg form to
give you the basic idea.

Again, I do not need any php or MySQL coding. Just the front end html/graphics.
I am able to blend that in with my php scripts.
I can send my basic page layout designs and what fields are needed on the forms
once I am in contact with the developer.
