Description:	Fix IE6 / CSS formatting issues for a Wordpress homepage. I have a Wordpress home page working pretty well in IE7 and other current browsers however I have CSS layout bugs on IE6. So I need someone competent in Wordpress template-based layouts and CSS to help resolve some IE6 & 7 rendering bugs. I need help to complete this small project due to other workload commitments. The issues needing to be resolved are: * the main horizontal drop down nav menu renders incorrectly as a vertical unordered list in IE6 * the third column inside the main container is incorrectly pushed down in the layout in IE 6 * in IE7 it is difficult to click the drop down sub menu items over the Flash clip.
