It will also need site stats to display the Top 10 for the week and so forth. All of these features need to be able to be turned on or off from the admin panel. It will need to be able to ban users by IP and or email. It will need to have PayPal and 2Checkout payment in it. So a user will just have to enter their userid. Google ad sense needs to be in the admin so you can add your Google ID and then turn on ads and sizes where you wish on the page. The admin needs the ability to set specials for sales. i.e., Buy 10 widgets get 10 free. Sign up for 2 months, get a month free, etc... Admin needs to be able to set variables for pricing for the items in the site. The site will need to read the files and directories that the items are stored in and then add them to the database and make the items available in the site for purchase. Once purchased, the user will be able to upload to their cell phone. Must have a user login and everything that goes with that. We will need to see a demo of what you are offering to build too.
