I will provide full details to users after they send me a message on the PMB. I have a two and a half page document written up about this, but I would rather not post it here. The script includes a simple administrative area, a simple members area, and will be based on a MySQL database. I expect frequent updates via either e-mail or an instant messaging program - and I expect to work with the programmer until the script is bug free and matches my original expectations. Once the project is completed and I pay for it, the programmer will no longer have rights to the code, and I will hold the only rights to the script.
