So, if you already have a script, you may need to modify it quite a bit or re-write it to avoid copyright issues. We do need a few changes (to be detailed later): Front-end: Replace �Click Here� with �Available�. If the appointment spot is filled, nobody else should be able to book that time slot. If the time slot is taken or blocked out, I'd like it to return to the calendar view with a message that says �Sorry, that appointment time is already filled. Please select a different time.� If the date and time is available, then I would like the user to fill out an information form: Full Name, Phone #, Address, email address, comments�& possibly a few radio &/or check boxes. I would like an email confirmation sent to the user. At 3 days before the appointment, I would like a second email reminder sent. On this form I would also like a few radio buttons that the user would be required to fill: Radio #1 should schedule a 30 minute slot Radio #2 a 60 minute slot. Radio #3 a 90 minute slot. FRONT END VIEW: I WANT THE USER TO SEE THE CALENDAR VIEW AS IN THE LINK. Back end The back end must be very clean and easy to use. I need to be able to block out dates/time blocks. I'd like a report that could be printed listing the day's appointments. I would also like the option to print the user's information. BACK END VIEW: I WANT THIS TO BE A CALENDAR VIEW WITH THE USERS NAME IN EACH FILLED TIME SLOT. I WOULD LIKE THIS NAME TO BE CLICKABLE�TO BRING UP THE USERS INFORMATION.
