Description:	Hello, I need a website to post restaurant menus for takeout and delivery orders online. I also would like to see a possible site designed for mobile devices. As you are aware, there are specific rules regarding the languages and layout appearance of pages to be considered for effective mobile access. I would like the mobile site to be accessible from low end phones to PDA technologies. Also considering having web site duplicated into the language of the restaurant. Example if Italian take out site in English and Italian. As a viable option. I will submit 25% in escrow of total value to start, 25% will be escrow at the time of code presentation on our own server and rest of the 50% payment will be submitted in escrow and 100% will be released after the successful completion of project.
