just looking for a team that can complete the items listed below, but looking to form a go to team that I can contact and trust to complete work for my project as needed. Work me up a good deal and we will become real good friends. I am so upset with the firm that I hired. I hired them back in August of 2006 and the project was to be completed Oct 2006. It is now the second week of March 2007 and the site is still not ready for a full web launch. I'm getting ready to fire them as soon as I have somebody to take over this project and dedicate their time and attention to the completion of this project. The website is www.investormentoring.com It is a subscription based website. The designer on the team sales himself as the following. (I basically specialize in custom web sites that are database driven and designed in such a way that you can update and maintain them on yourself without any software or computer experience. Since I hand build the CMS(Content Management System), I can build edit features for any content. PHP is the language that I use most, but it must be used to generate HTML (web pages) and cleans its content from a database MySQL. This is the technology that is used for blogs and forums around the world.) I will have all code for what is currently in place when I let the other firm go. The outside of the website still has a few cosmetic touches. I am working with a local copy writer and an animator for the home page and IM 101 page. I will supply these files for uploading when complete. Inside the site is were I need the work done. First of all, to get you in to view the site I have setup the user ID (test) and the password (1234) for you to use. On the �my projects� link we still have a lot of formatting to do on these articles to make sure they look nice and clean. Also I have about 10 calculators that are close to being what I want, but still need some programming to them. On the �documents� link I am told that once everything is completed for the my projects that the files will be completed and posted in here for download to use offline in a manual format. For the �my profile� there is a public and private profile that the user can update and includes type of membership as well as what information they would like other users to see. How can we make this better? They also need to be able to change their password. We don't even have a id or password recovery on the outside of the site for if they forget their information. On the �resources� link I don't even know. Again I am so frustrated and don't know if I'm coming or going. I need ideas and input. On the �forum� link if you click on the image inside you will see that it now lets you view the topics but wants to you sign in with a new password. This site is supposed to be easy to use. The forum is inside the subscription site so why am I asking them to sign in with a new username and password? We need to incorporate the forum into the site and pull information from the members public profile for others to see when they post in the forum. Now let's jump back to the �my projects� link. Play around and create a new project if you want. This is a step by step program and as you complete each step it will put a check mark next to the step for you. What we are missing here is something big that will need a lot of work. As they go through each one of the steps they are answering questions and putting a project together so they can share it with investors or the public. What we need to do is bring it all together and spit out a business plan for them. When they get down to create a plan we need to ask them a few more questions like a pop up wizard or something. Once they complete the answers, their plan is done and ready to be viewed by the investors. They can even download the plan so they can email it to other investors outside of our website. Also we need to be able to let members delete projects that they are no longer working on. Right now they cannot do this. Now for the more difficult part. We not only have members, but investors as well that pay a membership fee. These investor are to have the capability to search for members within a certain radius of a zip code as well as search for loan to value, loan length and how much a member needs. They are searching for the completed business plans so they can invest in these projects. The members and investors each have a different membership type. We also want to up sell our members into buying a investor membership also at a discount giving them both memberships. The purpose is so they can view other members business plans as well. The same forum will be used for both members and investors. We need to have some type of a toggle for those who are both members and investors to switch between the information they can view without having to log out and log back in again. For the investors they will also be able to state how much they have available to invest and this number will be added to other investors input showing outside and inside our site to members how many millions of dollars are available our investors have to lend. The other thing we will be implementing is a direct sales software. Kind of a cross between an affiliate program and an MLM or Network Marketing software. Need to make sure you can integrate this software into our system. Additional web pages will be needed for this also for the job opportunities as well as fundraising opportunities we will have for individuals. The links for both of these will go in the footer with the privacy policy and terms of use agreement links. In addition because I will be firing the other firm who moved me to their server without notifying me, we will need to move our information back off of their servers. We may need to setup new SSL and make sure all of my credit card processing still works. I have administrative capabilities when signed on with my user name and password that I can change a little text and update memberships. We need to make sure I can do this and fine tune it to streamline the process on what I can do with very little knowledge. I'm a simple man you know. We also need to work on the auto reponders when somebody signs up. We need to send them their user id, password and a nice welcome message. It feel like it needs to be in html for a better look. Open to opinions on this. I have tried to put all information in here that I can think of. I'm sure there will be more.
