Description:	Busy web design/application team is looking for a web designer - multiple projects. The Process: We will outline the overall graphical direction and site architecture specs. You then take our raw graphics & sketches and design the site for real (authoring HTML and CSS sources), working closely with us as we incorporate various bits of server-side code to bring your work to life. We want your creative input and contributions: iconography and graphics, typography, visual cues, themes - go wild! Requirements: - Passion for high-quality, contemporary web design and visual aesthetics - Mastery of HTML and CSS, using latest best practises (i.e. separating style & content, web standards, cross-browser compatibility workarounds) - Graphics design savvy, use of Photoshop and related tools - Overall solid web-centric design experience - Work alongside backend developers to incorporate JavaScript and server-side languages like PHP (you don't have to do the coding though!) - Preferably some experience with version control systems like Mercurial and Git - this is how we'd like to be working, pushing ideas back and forth We will communicate via MSN & e-mail, plus phone if required.
