I am looking for an apprentice recruitment script and web design. Let me explain the working of the script the best I can first. First the website will have 2 user types. Business looking and user looking for info. It basically is a job recruitment script with a twist. I want the business to be able to sign up providing name, address, local (union local) zip etc.. and be able to create a profile similar to my space without adding the friends, comment, blogs etc.. Basically just a business card like mini website telling everything about them. Also they would need an email system kind of like my space. Businesses would be charged (with different payment options monthly, quarterly, semi annual or annual ) using Paypal or blue pay there choice Then…. I want the same for the user, but with a section with the unions (businesses) they have send info to (not sure if I should make this section public or private yet or give that option in the users “my account” section Both would have a “my account” section to change there information, add pictures, resume etc... Business would have the option to add video Now that I have the working of what the business and user should have let me tell you about the backend workings I would want implmented. I want the user to be able to go to the website click a link to put in an application to business. Form layout: First form would have spaces for them to input all contact information. When they push next it would store there information, send them an email with login information generated by there first and last name (if duplicate email would error etc…, if duplicate first last name would add numbers to the end) then search the database (businesses) by zip and by trade then move to form 2 Form 2 would list the business (union) that is the trade the user selected and find the one that is closest to the users location and display it. The user would have to push a button either yes it is correct or no it is not correct. If correct it would move to form 3 if not correct it would go back to form 1 (after they make changes only changed information would be stored again) Form 3 Once the user has select that the information on form 2 was correct it would send them to this form which would be an application that would be send to that business (union). Once all fields are filled it they push submit. When submitted all the information would be stored within there user profile and the application would be send to the business (on site email) . It would also send a notify of new message to the business (union) and to the user saying it was submitted and received. Now that the form information is done. I would want if the business user logs in they would get a flashing mail icon with new apps. There would be flashing new for mail, apps etc.. When the business (union) reads the apps I would like it to show the user “mail” that it was read on a certain time/date. I would like the option to appear for the business not to show when it was read and to give an option to reply, deny etc.. All of this would be managed from an admin control not accessed by the user or business so I can manage user accounts, maintence on site, backup database, change payment options, prices etc.. Now that all of the backend is done I am sure there is more… but that is the basic function I would like. I would also want full site design, graphics etc.. with this integrated into a business, all American, modern looking site. We would also like free bug fixes, able to make small changes to the software after it is complete for a certain time frame after to make sure all the option we need are there, that there are no errors and can handle a large client base if it is successful.
