Description:	I have a layout, but I need someone to help me with setting up the CSS to support my design. I was going to use mambo, but decided against it. (see example at http://smartkids.sc) I will be taking this mambo page down, and replacing it with your programming that helps me create a page that looks like this (http://smartkids.sc/smartkids.jpg) I want the tabbed menu at the top. The menu at the left side can be removed. (I want the space to the left for advertising.) The three boxes on the front will lead into the three other main pages; 1 a blog (I need a blog script for the blog page (or if blogger works, great!) 2 a helper page (The helper page is generated by a PHP script with a theme folder with a style.css file ready to modify.) 3 a forum bridge to a simple machines forum. I want all pages to keep the header and the left column. I want someone that knows PHP so I can ask them questions, or perhaps have them modify my PHP script for me too.
