Description:

I would like to set up & install a
mailing list builder & newsletter editor,
complete with subscription forms, autoresponders
and tracking reports.

I also need the setting up of about 10 mailing groups, and a questionaire
survey with about 15 questions, with each answer linking to a different mailing
list.

I should be able to:
~ send personalised and customised emails to all recipients, groups or to a
custom mix of mailing groups
~ create multiple custom field and use them in the newsletter body, mailing
lists & subscription forms
~ automatically move bounced email addresses to a separate folder which i can
make active again or delete
~ select date & time to deliver emails
~ import/export email lists with any number of custom fields
~ set up follow-up autoresponder tasks
~ create custom mailing schedule
~ user access permissions for each mailing list or newsletter
create multiple users & assign access permissions to mailing lists
set custom access permissions to different control panel features
~ have a choice between single and double opt-in and opt-out
~ create emails in text, html or "multipart" formats
