This team needs to know SEO, security, large database management, linux/unix, server management, CSS, PHP, DHTML, MySql, Ajax, Smarty, Javascript, scraping, geo-targeting, some "grey area" traffic building and SEO knowledge would be nice. All coding must be well-documented and the CMS must be easy to use for non-technical users later. Real Estate market experience is a BIG plus! If the team does quality work and is reliable, easily accessible and affordable, they will be kept on after the site is finished for support, upgrades, etc. All members of a team brought on for this project will be held to a very strict non-disclosure, non-compete agreement that will have to be signed by the company and the individual, participating members as well. This project will be done in strict secrecy and as quickly as possible. Budget is of course, important. But time is money and we expect the project finished in the time quoted, no "internet time" quotes here. If you've got the skills, assets and experience necessary, please reply with examples of your work, especially any real estate sites similar to this that you've done.
