I need a script or program for Linux, which will connect to socks 4/5 proxy and
check it if proxy is alive.

Input parameters: ProxyIp, ProxyPort
Return values: Which version of socks(4/4a/5) is suppported, speed rank value

speed rank - speed of proxy. You should transmit 20 Kb file througth proxy and
measure time of transmission.
$t1=getmicrotime()
Transmit_File()
$t2=getmicrotime()
$file_length = 20*1024 // 20Kb
speed_rank=round($file_length/($t2-$t1)/1024*1.5)
