Description:	We need a couple C functions created for us (Using GCC): 1) Read an INI File and return the results in a string 2) Write to an INI File. - The Read Function should pass in the INI Filename, INI Section, INI Key and a Default value to return if a value is not received. - The Write Function should pass in the INI Filename, INI Section, INI Key and the value to write. The functions must be written, tested and compiled with GCC (Cross platform C). We will test the functions using Cygwin GCC and also Linux GCC. These functions must be platform independant.
