Description:	I currently have a custom news aggregator. It runs off simple php files instead of a db driven backend which has severe limitations. I need a simple backend engine developed in mysql and preferably php to work with the aggregator. There are a couple bugs in the aggregator that also need fixed. They may actually be fixed if the backend engine is a db. The aggregator is in Delphi and I have the source to it. I need someone experienced in this area for the project as I want to switch servers and have the new upgrade at the same time. Obviously all-clean, documented source will be required as deliverables.
