Description:	We need an MQL (Metaquotes Language) programmer to program a trading strategy for Metatrader (MQLII). It is a two part strategy. The first part, a self-trading expert, is already created. Now I need a second part, an overall filter. The filter would monitor real and hypothetical trades made per currency and for the whole account overall and adjust the number of lots traded accordingly. It would be best for this second part to be interchangeable with any pre-programmed expert, but that is not necessary. It can be integrated with a specific expert if needed. The important point is that it must be able to monitor both real and “paper” trading activity per currency and for the entire account, and then decide how many lots to trade per currency based on that information.
