Setup treeview to display a simple directory structure where a folder context
menu displays when the user right clicks the folder and a file context menu
displays when the user right clicks the file.

Use the following to setup the treeview

1. Upload to this folder
2. placeholder

file context menu
1. download this file
2. placeholder

When the user right clicks on folder1 the folder context menu will display.
When the user right clicks on file2 the file context menu displays
