The project is to create a software similar to the website: http://www.TNX.net The main features about this website are focusing on user-friendly usability, you can very easily add a lot of links, see real-time stats about the pages that give the links to your pages, and more. You can easily monitor all the links, to make sure all of them are in place, and if they are not - you will not get charged for them. This is a website where users can buy and sell links on their website. They register, then buy "credit points" (pay with PayPal) and use these points to buy links. The price of the links is calculated by a number of parameters, such as the PR of the page, the number of backlinks in google and in yahoo, category etc. I don't know much about programming languages so please suggest me which language is most suitable for this project. There is a large amount of Ajax and other real-time checking for stuff like: google PR, number of backlinks, links existence, etc' for all the pages. Feel free to ask any query related to this project. My budget is 15000USD I can't pay more than that. 50% payment will be made before the project and remaining will be paid after the completion of the project. Thank you for considering the project.
