   Very Simple Matchmaking Script

Description:

Hi.
We're a company specialising on outsourcing locally, however as you can tell we
are currently experimenting with outsourcing projects internationally.
To start off, we would like to post a simple project to see if outsourcing
internationally is better than locally.
We need a simple MATCHMAKING script done for our client.
We need to provide a matchmaking website aimed at teens/high school and for
their prom/ball as they need to find partners.
This script needs to have:
Signup/Register and user specified fields, such as Name, Gender, Age, Ethnicity
etc.
Email confirmation
User picture upload
Template structure with header.html and footer.html. Everything else if in the
middle. (Simple templating)
How would the matchmaking work?
They would select a range of pre-arranged fields such as Age preferred,
Ethnicity preferred, and they have to answer a range of Yes and No questions,
such as 'Are you a lively person' and 'What is your favourite colour'?
Users who enter this will be able to list themselves inside the database. Other
members will be able to do the same (answer the simple questions)
Once they have finished filling out the questions and registered they are able
to find 'one match' of another person. The script will then provide the
MSN/contact details of each other to each person and they can contact etc. There
will then be a button where they can click which says:
'Happy with suggested person'
'This person is not for me'
If they are happy it will be locked and those members will be 'completed' and
removed from the 'vacant' users and will not be matched up again.
Once a user is matched up with the script they will not be able to be paired
again until both users click the 'This person is not for me' button.
Users will get paired up by the similarities percentage of what they answer.
That way they will find the person they are best suited with.
Questions will be provided after project acceptance.
Payment will be via bank deposit/western union or via Paypal, which will be sent
via completion of this script. Please allow 2-3 days so simulation can be done
via our side to test for errors.

Users will get an email once they are paired
together etc.
We need this done within 24-48 hours. Not quite a good deadline to work with but
if you are efficient under pressure it is welcome.
I understand there are many existing scripts out there but to my knowledge they
do not fit this project requirement. However if you are able to highly adapt an
existing script by all means please do so.
Time is an important factor in this project.
