Good morning or afternoon, My name is Yassine Hamel. I am seeking a web developer/team to create a PHP or ASP designed site in partnership with my company. The site will be similar to another site, Facebook (http://www.facebook.com) in it's primary functions (allow users to create profiles, make friends, post groups and notes, message other users, join networks, manage privacy settings) but will have a different system for signing up users then Facebook, a system I will only share with a developer/team that signs a non-disclosure and non-competition agreement. I believe that the idea/project I have in mind will be become very successful and extremely profitable in only a short period of time because it maxmizes the successful attributes of Facebook and minimizes those that most users do not enjoy. My offer to you is a 20% share in my company in return for full rights and ownership. It is very important that the script and/or site created is secure and free from others claiming ownership. I prefer to work with candidates in Canada for both reasons of accessibility and legality but will consider working with those from other countries if I can be assured of a high-end product and support.
