 I have a 30-page LAMP website (in English) which needs to be presented in
Spanish (static). Also, users will be entering content (both in English and

This is only a "Spanish Translation" project. I need a LAMP programmer to
explain the best / most economical / most efficient way to deliver static
content in multiple languages (Spanish being the one I want to deliver now) plus
