Description:	I am looking for someone to program and design a website that allows clients who visit this website to type in local area codes where they live and the site would automatically check for sex offenders in there area. Then send them emails weekly with up dates. I would like the wedsite to use the information form www.nsopr.gov which is the national site for registered sex offenders. I would also like to have a function where a client visiting the site can upload a picture which could be cropped to make a photo id card. This site would need to be set up to accept credit cards for payments of services. Familywatchdog.us has a sex offender site which is similar to what im trying to do but of courst make it better and allow clients to make child id cards by uploading pictures.
