Description:

I was looking for a calendar/reminder script to add to my lead management system
and see you have one… I see many on the internet ranging from $5-$100 but they
all need to be moded a little to work with my system

I need it to work for multiple users logged into the same website with their
own accounts.., the reminder, call back would have to follow the lead id and
send an email to the user that has the current lead and also popup a reminder at
the same time. The email is in case the user is not logged in to see popup. It
needs to be arranged by date, time, and the lead id's name and lead number id. I
need the script to have a function that can tell if the User is logged in and if
not, triggers the system to send that lead to someone who is logged and sends
them the popup and the email. I need those functions to be added so that I may
add it to my lead system and fill in the lead id tag, the user id login tag, as
well as the round robin lead distribution cycle id to send the lead to someone
else once it sees that person is not logged in to view the reminder

This is the way it will be laid out

The calendar needs to follow appointments of the lead and follow the user the
lead goes to

User logs in and calls their leads..

Example:

User Betty
User Jack
User Danny

Lead Harry

Betty logs in and received Harry as a lead…. Harry tells Betty to call him back
tomorrow at 2:00pm, Betty says ok, and adds the reminder..
Day 2, Betty is not at work and the system sends the Lead Harry to Jack so he
can call later, I want a 2:00pm for the script to check the login expiration to
make sure Jack is still logged in and if not, the lead Harry goes to the user
who is logged in for example Danny which is logged in and available and sends
Danny an email as well as a popup to call that lead Harry

Please write in detail how you plan to build this script and list the bid
