Description:

I have a static website complete. I need an excellent programmer/developer to
create a database to store members information, collect payment and be secure.
Here are more details.

1. Develop scripts for creating signing up, username, login, logout etc.
2. The Database shall be secure, and an administrator panel can be used to
monitor members, their payments, and statistical data.
3. Develop scripts for merchant that will process payments and scripts for
different payment options.

Its basically will be a paid membership website. In order to view the full
content of each streaming movie, you must sign up, create your user id, once
payment have been process you'll be notify through email with directions to
login with your user information you created.
