Need a multi user level login for the website EZContractorsInsurance.com. Will also need mulitple scripts built for this website. I am interested in partnering with an experienced programmer or team of programmers as this project will provide recurring revenue for the servicing of insurance agent clients. This should be a money maker project for the programmer that will do excellent programming work for this project. Depending on the costs to complete this project, It will perhaps be mulitple projects to complete the total project. I am explaining this project in great detail so there can be a complete understanding of the total intentions of this project. 1)Will need to create an admin login. Admin needs to have edit/write permissions to add, edit & delete sub agent clients 2) make script for signup process for insurance agents including user name and password retrieval functions. 2) Since there will be multiple agents in each state and multiple sub clients/contractors for each agent, Each agent should have a dashboard view & permissions of their contractor clients only. They should have permissions to view & edit data regards to their contractor clients. An example would be, their contractor addresses, phone # s, email addresses, contractor classification types. Agents should also have permissions to add contractor in the dashboard view. A contractor client can be added when the contractor completes an online real time quote and then submits an online application. Agent selection occurs when a contractor client fills a quote form. 3) Create scripts for a login form for contractor clients and also user name and password retrieval function. Contractor clients should be able to view and edit their personal information only. An example is information such as their personal contact information and addresses as an example. Eventually contractor clients should also be able to view their insurance information 4) There are currently existing perl scripts in place for the general liability real time rating procedure. However the current and soon to be past programmer is slow and not getting the job done. So I assume this calculating script needs to be reprogrammed. I have attached an excel spreadsheet that explains the rating process details 5) Write scripts to post data to database so agent can view their contractor/clients information then scripts to pass data variables to a pdf form. The pdf forms will be applications for insurance, certificates of insurance and insurance information forms that the agents can print and/or email to the insurance companies that they do business with. I have attached an excel spreadsheet and a couple of pdf files that will help explain the claculation scripts and website. Please send a message regards any questions about this project.
