Stage 1 - 25 % of total cost Appointment form · using the webform module, create the form per attachment (appointment.jpg) · able to get the csv of form input Contact form · using the webform or contact form module, need the input field: name, company, email, suburb, postcode state, phone, when should we contact, how did you hear about us, comment · each submission will be emailed to specified email if you can't use the webform, you can use other module, as long appointment form looks per layout and back-end able to retrieve the submitted form for appointment and contact form stage 2=55% of total cost Event Management System (EMS) Specification: General • ensure the EMS layout consistent with Drupal layout • EMS installation and setup (script & database) • integration with securepay online payment system • using Civicrm Event module. Other modules welcome as long can do per requirement Customer · able to view/browse event/workshop/seminar information, including seat left and fees · there are two type of fees, early bird, if the customer register before early bird cut of date, and normal fee after the early bird registration date. · able to register to an event/workshop/seminar · able to pay online for their event/workshop/seminar registration (will using securepay) · confirmation of their event registration and payment details via email · integated with CMS, so the main page will show, e.g. next workshop 28 May 08, have 8 seats left (on the left hand side). · registration form per attached · calendar for upcoming event/workshop/seminar · form layout refer to Workshop Booking.jpg Admin · able to add new event/workshop/seminar with their description · able to update an event/workshop/seminar · able to set a registration/seat quota for each event/workshop/seminar · able to set different price for each event/workshop/seminar · able to set an early bird price for each event/workshop/seminar · able to add new customer event/workshop/seminar registration · able to update customer event/workshop/seminar registration · able to send mass email to customer per selected event/workshop/seminar in event of cancellation or venue changed · able to generate an event/workshop/seminar registration list in csv Feedback (stage 3 = 20% of total cost) · fixing any bugs and cosmetic/layout issues Bid only if you can meet below requirement: 1.
