This project require to be keep SEO and security in mind, well coding comments, template system and feature expansion in mind. Bids without SRS doc will NOT be considered. We need serious coders only. This could be an on-going task as the website will need to maintained and improve time by time. The site is to be a dining information site which provide restaurant and food information, user comments, rating system, reviews, club membership, discount coupons, etc. together with functionality for commercial banners. (please go through the whole reference site to get more ideas. Your opinions on the features and functionality are welcome and appreciated). We prefer to work with a team of at least 2 members and include a graphic designer (for layout, css, banners and templates, etc.) No open source or other commercial products could be used unless approval has granted.
