However I am skeptical of programmer's now that I have paid for what I intended to have done on the chat now twice, on programmer deposits alone, only to have the script abandoned or not even completed. I have made screen shots of how I want the chat to look, Run, List of the commands. Practically everything it will need for both the administration moderators and users. I am tired of being lead on. If you cannot do this chat or will take days longer then you tell me DO NOT return a bid. I will pay on completion only, I am sorry but I have spent far to much money on this project already And I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Currently I have 500 users ready for this project on completion. I would require weekly updates. This chat requires: Preferably an application download, and if possible a log in as well to the site (Though not truly needed can be omitted if necessary.) If I need a server made or an area to be sure to let me know, the most I know how to do is basic html, so if i need to purchase something for the chat, hosting service etc I need to know. I would like the chat itself to be adjustable in size, have skin options for chat layouts, profiles, and rank. Main rooms, User rooms private rooms, Changeable back grounds mapping of rooms for weather commands ( changeable backgrounds and descriptions for main rooms only) mapping rooms for weather profiles inventory picture upload, user pic changing modes message style boards card games ( and a changeable daily gold command) a slot-like game that I can explain in further contact. The ability to host up to 10,000 players. and a bit more.
