Hi,
I need a tool written to enable me to manage my PPC campaign keyword bidding.
I'm only interested in Yahoo Panama & MS AdCenter initially, but I'd like
the tool to be written in such a way as to allow other PPC search engines to be
added at a later date.
I've used Bid Maximizer - http://www.bidmaximizer.com - in the past, and I would
require similar bid management functionality, but I do not need to be able to
create and manage keywords, ads, etc.
I need a solution that I can install on my dedicated windows server, preferable
written in ASP with a web front-end, or in VB, with a MySQL database back-end.
The sort of functionality that I need is;
- Select & download existing campaign(s),
- Keyword bid range & desired position setting,
- Bidding Rules (Bid to position, Best value position in range, Bid Jamming,
etc),
- Scheduled keyword position monitoring and bid adjustment.
- Multi-Region monitoring (US, UK, Canada, etc)

The tool should function using the Yahoo Panama / MS AdCenter PPC APIs for
setting bids and retrieving campaign details, and with the Yahoo / Microsoft
search APIs for monitoring keyword positions.
Ideally, the winning bidder should have worked with these APIs in the past and
have a similar system already that can be demonstrated to me.
