Description:

We have developed Qtract, the most advanced real estate tracking system in the
world. Qtract is software designed for Real Estate investors, Municipalities,
and mortgage companies that tracks and stores information about vacant
properties and their owners. It is ideal for anyone who invests in foreclosures
or buy bank owned or REO properties. It is also built to perform Short Sales and
can be used to send Short Sale documentation to anyone with an email address of
fax machine.
We need to modify the application to integrate our web based email software with
our application so it has all the all the features of webmail within the
application.
**Note: We only deal with programmers with feedback and pay though Scriptlance
escrow only. We have a UNIX server with webmail already installed and have root
access. The application is hosted on a Windows server.

**To be more specific, what we need is to be able to savesent
messages and received messages in a folder that will store the messages in the
message log of the application. A simple drop down box that allows us to select
what record to the associate the email with will do.
