Description:	We need to create a couple of data entry forms. We have all HTML look and feel. Need to add back office functionality. Four forms in PHP/MySQL and three more in ASP/SQL. All forms to have a data entry validation. Should work in IE and Firefox. Expect to finish ASAP, before April 10th. Simple project needed done quick. At this point we decided to split this project into two separate projects ASP and PHP. This project will be only for ASP / SQL server forms. Please keep in mind this is not .Net. Three forms should be attached. Initial HTML will be provided. You will be asked to develop: - server side validation for required fields - error messages should be about all formatting inconsistencies submitted. - an error message should be displayed next to originating form field. - SQL code needs to be generated so data will be inserted into SQL DB. - right now initial form and validation and "SQL update" portion are in the same file. Can be changed if needed. - I assume you have SQL and ASP hosting available and initial testing will be performed at your site. If you do not have ASP / SQL hosting please mention it in your bid.
