site. I have a specific design in mind, I have a site and space with a hosting provider where the deployment will be. Project Description: I have in mind to build the style to have a top level pane with a logo and Subject Title, a left hand frame (indexing frame), and a main content frame from the left index frame out to the right, also a narrow bottom frame with a small logo and link for support. The content will be a MS Word Document (62 pages) with a table to contents - to be converted to a web applicaition. This applicaiton will have a left side frame (aka "Indexing frame")that can support a logo at the top with the Word Documents Table of Contents as the frame data (index data must be connected to the document contents. The main content frame will support the actions of the indexing frame with the appropriate data displayed for the seciton of the index (this is important to note that each document section must be displayed only not the entire word file). Each section will have a forward and back feature. Inside the document are a few minor references to the document sections these are identified with (xx.x) in the document, these must be connected to the appropriate sections for selection and references. This is the fun part - the "coolness" factor is a major plus, the winning coder for this project will have preference for 3 large projects upcoming (one with in 5 days of this posting). Color Schemes Main Background and fun stuff R 15, G 52 B 97. Secondary schemes for colors are R 51 G 102 and B 153. Text can be black or white - which ever is easily read on the dlection of backgrounds.
