Description:	Hello. I would like a script that can be installed on my server that would offer members free hosting for their site. However I want it to be kind of like geocities in the sense that the members can get a premade template to use. Like they just need to enter the text they want displayed and it enters into a template for them already so they don't need to know any HTML or anything. They also should be able to login and be able to change the content whenever. Now I also want a frame bar at the top that is displayed on all the pages so I can place google ads or whatever I wish.
