site: www.hmhproperties.com It is a firecomm.com built site and am not interested in their monthly payments and hosting...I truely need most of this sites features and functionality... The site must have the ability to have an admin screen to manage the applications and the administration of the applications after they are posted...most of the functionality of the hmhproperties site is evident on thier site: http://www.firecomm.com/products/mortgage-website/mortgage-website-online-loan-center-screenshots.asp I am concerned at the moment with Prospect manager, application manager, and application viewer and the functionality on each page (not viewable but you can tell from the buttons what goes on like save to file, edit, view and email prospect, etc...)...the rest of the admin screens may come later but are presently out of scope...the application and administration is the meat of the website...also the user must be able to log in and see the finished or unfinished application and any notes the admin has left...so please keep this in mind...i like asp more since that is what i am more familiar with... I need this soon (30 days) so please bid accordingly as the timeline for bidding is short. Currently there is no need for employee (loan officer administration) Site will have 4 user types:Applicant, Processor, Site Admin, Super Admin Applicant is a potential lead Processor is an employee that should only have rights to view and edit applications and all application functions. Site Admin will have all processor rights but also be able to add and edit processors. Super Admin is Site Admin/Webmaster site must have password protected admin area to maintain applications, users and site functions such as newsletters. Rate Reminder/Loan Query Clones - basically an alert sign up when rates shift or change...admin console necessary to view users in the rate reminder program and distinguish between the rate remninder program and the loan query program (just a tag to identify what the user signed up for) Want the ability to view all users in the rate reminder program and contact them via email when the rate is at their desired level. Financial Calculators are essential - these must be utilized from the hmhproperties site. Spread sheets will also be used. Applications submitted will be submitted via a SSL. Rest of site will be a hrhproperties clone regarding content and functionality. Design is up to site designer to differentiate look and navigation of site as own. Maintain a mortgage theme and a proffesional appearence. Developer will instruct in the deployement of site to the host. All site funcionality must be operable before payment is released. All artwork custom to the site should also be submitted, such as psd source files for any content changes that are embedded in images. I may decide to impliment other features of this application at a later date and use same developer.
