Description:	I will install VBulletin on my site but I need someone to setup icecast on my windows server (or if you prefer I'll get Linux) so I can stream videos on winamp. The vbulletin needs to be connected with it...so subscribed users in my forum can view the winamp streams - there has to be an authentication system so just the subscribed users can view streams. So basically, people will subscribe on my forum (VBulletin) and will get access to a specific section - through which they will enter their user/pass and be able to view the winamp streams.
