I am in need of an upload script / user account management system for a music download web site that is capable of handling 10,000-20,000 uploads per day (10mb average file size), with unlimited number of user accounts. I am using a windows server with asp, php, mysql and mssql capability. I am open to all just as long as it is simple, straight forward, and very user-friendly. The project would involve multi-page web-based interface forms that would allow users to do the following: Signup/register with username/password, email, etc. Access member login with “remember me” option and ability to retrieve lost password Member upload area (one file per upload only) Modify account information page for email, change password, address, etc. Receive account setup auto-response email specifying login page, username, password, and other information Preview list of songs uploaded to the account (once song has been accepted into the database by admin) Preview number of times their specific song has been downloaded and how much profit has been made per song within a certain time frame (weekly, monthly, yearly) Ability to rename song files and change music category I also would need an admin user login area that would allow me to do the following: View/Edit/Delete user accounts & songs Preview, download, move files Create, rename & delete folders Option to get notified when a user uploads file(s) Set disc space limit for each user & kb/mb limit per song Accept/reject certain filetypes Also, The upload form would transfer the file to the correct directory based on the chosen music category.
