Description:

PowWeb Hosting - Only $3.88 per month!

Must have backend for admin and the frontend to display data for the database.
This will be used in the US only and as such needs only the lower 48 states and
canada provinces listed, the site will be english only - no other language
needed.
Will need to be able to search/sort the loads by city, state and possibly map
them, and by equipment (type of truck/trailer).

Guests (unregistered users) should be able to see a brief description of
postings but not the actual details (like company names, phone numbers or rates)
this will be for registered users only.
In the registration part we will collect all the information and an admin will
have to approve or disapprove the membership.

Will need to be able to temp lockout any user for failure to comply with our
rules (this should be like a checkbox or something).
A registered member should be able to see and remove listings that they have
posted (they list a load or truck and fill it ....they can remove it from the
board)

Need for the admin(s) to be able to send email to a user or the whole group of
users.

There should be two types of registration, 1. people that post the loads. 2.
people that are looking for the loads.

The color scheme should be those found on our site
http://www.thunderbirdmotorexpress.com.
For a better idea of what I am trying to describe, see getloaded.com or

Board will also need a top and prominent link to our home website at
www.thunderbirdmotorexpress.com. We will be placing this loadboard on it's own
domain.
I know the server is set up for ASP.NET. If anything else is required, I will
have to check with my host.
