   Trivia needed for SMS gateway-sms studio

Description:

i need a very simple program that should do the following:
1)i have sms studio by codesegment.com, currently i have a trivia program
working and needs to be replaced
2)the trivia should provide the same set of questions to several incoming short
codes, the trivia has 50 questions
3)to start the trivia it receive an sms like SHORTCODE+trigger word
4)the the program sends back a question to the user, if the user answers
correctly it send CORRECT+next question like that up to 50 questions
5) as mentioned i can have several SHORTCODES offering the same trivia
6) the trigger word should be easy to define, should handle several words and
for example if the word is FISH and the customer send incomplete FSH it will
work with the first letter
7)the incoming messages should be recorded in a log and every X days
(custommizable)the program should broadcast a message to remind the recorded
logs with an specific message
8) PHP and mysql are prefered but will depend no the proposal
9) budget is US$300
