Description: |
IQ style test website. (See attachements for details). This project is best suited for a PhP programmer with experience programming membership style databases and interactive pages including creation of highly detailed admin panels. I have already created the design and all graphics. I have all pages designed in HTML. This project is for someone who can put it all together and make it work online. The timeframe for completion of this project is 30 days! I will provide one extention if the progress is well communicated, and their is good reason for an extension up to a maximum of 15 additional days. I expect to receive progress reports ever 3 days and I want to try/examine work as we go. If that is not possible, I will be willing to receive copies of files created so I can see the work you are doing as we go. All pages need to be recreated in PhP. The mathematical calculations need to be worked out automatically via php functions. The movement between timed questions and the final scoring with a printable score for each participant needs to be worked out. The admin panel needs to be created that is highly detailed (see details in the two files I have uploaded for your review). The database must stand up to a million people a day hit count. See the detailed file descriptions by downloading the two files I have provided. Ask any questions before bidding. Finally, this project will be paid upon successful completion via PayPal payment. I will work with the freelancer to complete the project in a timely manner, and I will provide guidance and review every step as needed. The final product will require testing by a number of people that I will provide. After the project meets my criteria and passes the final testing phase, I will pay the freelancer for the work and provide free links and advertisement for the freelancer on my website as credit for the work! This project will lead to future projects for the right designer! Just to make sure I am clear on this... I pay only upon completion (no escrow, no downpayment, nothing up front). This is because I have been burned before, and since I am also a designer on GAF, you can see that I have an excellent record! No need for trust issues with me.
