I need an application developed in aspx using ms sql as the database. The application will need to do the following; The system will allow estatae agents to register and give us their personal information such as contact details etc etc. They will also choose a login username and password. They will need to make sure they give us an email address aswell as this will be critical to the way the system works. This is a lead referral system where estate agents refer work to a local solicitor. Each solicitor can bid on the work and leave their best quotes in the system. When the customer (as introduced by the estate agent) is ready to use a solicitor they can decide who they want to use. When the agent registers they will need to tell us what solicitors they want quotes to be sent to and make sure they provide us with all contact information including their email addresses. The agent also needs to tell us how much commission they want to earn from the solicitor. The solicitor will need this information in order to generate their quote as they will need to factor this into their bid for the work. When the agent registers they will get an email explaining in detail how the service works. I should be able to edit this email in admin which only I have access to. Because the estate agent has entered details about the solicitors they want added to their profile (these are the solicitors that will receive bid requests) they will also need to receive an email which will say Mr x has added you to their profile. They have done this beciase they want to send you leads. Please read below or click on x link to read more about how this works. The solicitor has the option of opting out and if he/she does then the agent will be notified by email. All of these emails can be edited in admin. The solicitor will need to be given an area where they can login and amend their bid if they want to. When the solicitor enters their bid into the system an email is sent to all other solicitors registered in the estate agents profile if they have been outbid. They are then given the opportunity to log back in and change their bid. Although the agent selects how much he wants to be paid for the referral and the solicitor must take this into consideration when they prepare their bid, the agent can increase this at a later stage but this will increase the final bid. The solicitor can either accept or decline. The bid would have originally been quoted based on the initial referral fee. A history of bids will be kept in the system. Old bids will be greyed out or have a red x through them so we can see at a glance that it is an old bid. This completes the profile area of the program although I may change / add different functionality as the website takes shape. This system will be part of the Hipserve.co.uk website. This next chapter explains what happens when an agent posts a bid request. The agent has a customer who will need a solicitor either now or in the future. He logs into the system and clicks on a button that says something like Referral Request. An agent places a referral by entering details relating to the customer. Persoanl contact details are stored in the system for ease of reference for the estate agent but the solicitor will not see these. The solicitor will only see what they need to see. Just enough information so they can place a bid. The agent will be able to see a list of all pending bids,, winnings bids etc. He will also be able to look at his earnings potential. When his customer is ready to use a solicitor he will need to login, search for the customer and say select solicitior. A form will appear which prompts them for information which will allow the agent to generate an email which will be sent to 4 people and letters printed. I would like a quote based on the above with flexibility to make small changes if possible. This nis urgent and an incentive for an efficient job is available.
