Description: |
I need a notifictaion service that does one thing for its customer: At the website, www.asx.com.au, you will see about half way down a scroll box titled "Price sensitive announcements". Your job is to simply capture each line as it is written including the link, and deliver it to the subscriber/customer in the form of a popup to their PC only if they have logged in to the service at my website. The popup must not be blocked by any popup blocking software, and must be delivered to the customer within 2-3mins of it being released on the asx.com.au website. So here is a summary: The customer goes to the website. If they don't have an account, they must sign up with 1. username 2. password 3. pay with PayPal subscription monthly service If payment is unsuccessful, no account is created. A confirmation email is sent to the new user with their details and a welcome details. If they do have an account, they sign in. If they forget their username or pwd, they can be emailed it by entering their email address. This will email them both the username & pwd. Once logged in, they can change their pwd, change their email address and cancel their service. If they cancel their service, their account is deleted at the end of that subscription month and an email is sent to an admin email address of their cancelation and login name. Only if they logged in can they receive the notification of news at the asx.com.au website. Once logged in, they receive the new news in the form of a popup which does not go away unless they close it or click on it. If they click on it, it takes them to the pdf file. The most important thing about the project is that they receive the news as it comes out...so if asx.com.au release new news at 9.23am and they are logged in, they must receive the popup with 2-3 minutes or else this is useless. If they are logged in and they close the browser, it logs them out immediately. If they minimise the browser, they still get the popup..like microsoft outlook....but you can give me an idea how you choose to deliver the popup. If 2 news come out at 9.30am , there must be 1 popup per news. If you have any ideas or better ways of doing this, please let me know... And please bid only if you can definelty do this. I also expect that all bugs be fixed as they occur till everything is working. I will deposit funds into escrow once I select a suitable bidder and price. If you have any questions, please contact me. Additional Info (Added 12/18/2005 at 23:06 EST)...
